Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No, this is not therapy. It is therapeutic, but I am not a licensed therapist and this should not be considered medical or psychological treatment. This work is focused on self-awareness, emotional understanding, and practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

What happens in a session?

We start with a simple question: What do you think is wrong? What do you think is affecting you? From there, we begin to unpack what’s actually going on beneath the surface. Each session is a conversation where we explore your patterns, your responses, and your experiences, and I introduce tools and perspectives to help you understand and navigate them differently.

What kind of tools do you use?

I use a variety of tools depending on what you need. This can include journaling, meditation, emotional awareness, and understanding how your body processes emotions. I may also incorporate things like spirituality, nutrition, or systems like human design and astrology. Whatever is relevant and resonates with you.

What if I don’t know what’s wrong?

That’s completely okay. Most people don’t. A big part of this work is uncovering things you didn’t even realize you believed or felt. You don’t need to have it figured out; that’s what we do together.

Do I have to share everything right away?

No. This is a process, and it’s built on trust. You share what you’re ready to share, when you’re ready. Creating a safe space for vulnerability is a core part of this work.

Will I become dependent on this?

No, that’s actually the opposite of the goal. I want to give you skills so that you’re not reliant on anyone else. This is about learning how to navigate your own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with confidence.

What if I’m not ready to do the work?

Then this may not be the right time, and that’s okay. If you’re not ready to be honest with yourself and take action, this process won’t be effective. Being afraid to start is normal. People often fear what they might uncover or feel. But understanding yourself is where your power is and you don’t have to do it alone.

Can this help with things like relationships, self-worth, or habits?

Yes. Most of those challenges come back to the same core patterns and beliefs. Whether it shows up in your relationships, your habits, or how you see yourself, we’re working at the root of it.
